DLC 1 Materials
DlcThe first Pokopia DLC pack adds a substantial set of new materials across nearly every category in Buildopia. This guide documents all of them — where to find them in the palette, what they look like, and any special behaviours like tinting or exclusive styles.
Spotting DLC 1 Materials
Every DLC 1 material is marked with a distinctive sea-blue border on its swatch in the material palette. The sea-blue colour ties back to the ocean theme running through the DLC pack. If you see a swatch with that border, it's from DLC 1 — you don't need to remember every name to identify them at a glance.
Walls
Ten new wall materials are added to the end of the Walls category:
- Lacquered Wall — a smooth, high-gloss finish.
- Ornate Wall — a decorative carved or embossed panel.
- Digital Wall — a tech-panel aesthetic with circuitry or screen-like detailing.
- Metal Wall — an industrial riveted metal plate finish.
- Stone-Accent Wall — a wall material combining stone texture with accent inlays.
- Stately Wall (Upper) — the top section of a stacked two-part wall system. Pair with Lower for a layered architectural finish.
- Stately Wall (Lower) — the bottom section. Stack Upper directly above Lower for the intended look.
- Stately Wall (Middle) — a middle fill piece for taller Stately Wall stacks (Upper → Middle × N → Lower).
- Two-Tone Wall — a wall split into two contrasting tonal zones.
- Gradient Wall (Upper) — the upper section of a gradient-fade wall pair.
- Gradient Wall (Lower) — the lower section, designed to fade into the ground.
Stately and Gradient walls are explicitly designed to be stacked: Upper at the top, Lower at the bottom, with Middle pieces filling any height between them for taller builds. Using them out of order will look incorrect.
